Health talk and basic life support training for PT employees. Indonesian Railways Divre 2 Padang with the blue team of RS Hermina Padang. This activity was held on Thursday 22 February 2024 at the Balai Yasa Padang Building, PT KAI Simpang Haru Complex, Padang. This activity opened with a Health Talk on How to Perform Basic Life Support When You Find People with Cardiac Arrest and Respiratory Arrest. This health talk was delivered directly by the head of the blue team at Hermina Padang Hospital, Dr. Putri Pratiwi and Dr Dwiva. After explaining the steps and procedures for carrying out basic life support, the employees were asked to practice directly on the phantom or mannequin that had been prepared and the employees looked enthusiastic when practicing it. It is hoped that this activity can be one of the company's efforts to increase employee knowledge and ability to provide assistance properly and correctly when cases of cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest occur in the work environment or public areas.
