Hermina Hospital Group Officially Establishes a PRUPriority Hospitals Program Partnership with Prudential Indonesia

Hermina Hospital Group has established a strategic partnership with PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) in the PRUPriority Hospitals program. The launch of the PRUPriority Hospitals service was held on Tuesday, November 7 2023 at the JW Marriot Hotel, Jakarta.

Based on the requirements of the PRUPriority Hospitals program which have been completed by Hermina Hospital Group and which have been mutually agreed with Prudential Indonesia, Hermina Hospital Group has the opportunity to become a participant in the PRUPriority Hospitals program which is effective as of October 12 2023. In this agreement, Hermina Hospital Group has role as a hospital that provides significant added value for Prudential customers.

"The form of this partnership is in the form of an agreement regarding treatment estimates which speeds up verification of medical treatment carried out for Prudential customers. "This partnership is the first step to continue to make access easier for customers," said Michellina Laksmi Triwardhany as President Director of Prudential Indonesia.

The launch of the PRUPriority Hospitals program is a service provided with superior and comprehensive quality protection, namely by providing added value to customers in the form of the effectiveness of the claims approval process, transparency in estimating treatment costs in accordance with clinical pathways in hospitals, as well as improving the quality of health services based on medical evidence.

As a commitment to maintaining customer trust and supporting the government's efforts to strengthen the transformation of health service efficiency, especially regarding the health insurance claim verification process, it is hoped that the Hermina Hospital Group and Prudentioal Indonesia partnership in the PRUPriority Hospitals program can improve access and quality of health services for the community.
