Handwashing Compliance of Staff at Hermina Grand Wisata Hospital January - August 2023

Analysis:

Average achievement of handwashing compliance in the period January - August 2023: 92%. When compared to the target achievement of the National Quality Indicator (INM): ≥ 85%, the achievement of hand washing compliance is still above the target value. Efforts that have been made for continuous improvement include:
IPCN in collaboration with IPCLN in each work unit to ensure that all employees and doctors remain consistent in washing hands properly, especially for units/areas that still need to improve compliance.
Edukasi is also given to all officers and doctors in the form of annual competency tests related to hand success procedures

IPCN and IPCLN supervise to ensure the facilities and infrastructure needed to support the hand hygiene process.
