Indonesian citizen, 71 years old, he was appointed as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee for the period 2022-2024, based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 307/KEP-DK/MH/VI/2022, dated June 20, 2022.

 

He completed his last education at the Business Management Process Program, Asian Institute Management. In addition to being a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, currently Prasetyo also serves as a member of the Audit Committee at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) and the Bandung Institute of Technology, as well as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration, Human Capital Committee at PT Jakarta Propertindo. . Previously, he served as Non-Executive Board Member at PT Astari Niagara International and Advisor to CEO at PT Freeport Indonesia.
